Dominic Harbinson began his training in traditional Chinese medicine with a 3-year full time course in acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, from which he graduated in2000. He followed this up with a 2-year post-graduate course in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, graduating in 2005.

In the mid 60's he trained in healing, and has used it ever since. Yoga deals with Prana, or vital energy, and Gordon studied under Velta Snikere Wilson to become a teacher member of the British Wheelof Yoga in 1973. Massage has been a part of his work from as early as 1972, and he synthesises many techniques, focusing especially on Daoist Massage, Shiatsu and Tuina (Chinese Massage).
