I have grown up experiencing Traditional Acupuncture as based on Korean Medicine (KM) as a way of life since I was a baby and this is certainly also true for most Koreans. But KM has developed withoutthe constrictions posed by the Cultural Revolution in China, which consequently led to a distortion of the medical landscape of how Eastern physicians would look at the person in relation to body, mind and spirit as a whole.
Dominic Harbinson began his training in traditional Chinese medicine with a 3-year full time course in acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, from which he graduated in2000. He followed this up with a 2-year post-graduate course in Chinese Herbal Medicine at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, graduating in 2005.
Concorde House Clinic first opened in September 2012 and is run by Dominic Harbinson and Pippa Sequeira. Dominic and Pippa both trained as acupuncturists in 1997, and have been practising inCanterbury since 2000. Dominic went on to study herbal medicine in 2003. They both have studied Hua Gong for many years under the extraordinary Qi Gong Masters Zhixing Wang and Zhendi Wu.
