I’m writing on behalf of my mother in law Gwyneth Organ who is 90 years old. Welsh is her first language but she speaks English. She has received several treatments from Bleddyn in the same building in Denbigh. Gwyneth has pain in her shoulder, elbow and feet. She also needs help to sleep. She appreciates being talked to respectfully and kindly during the treatment: I only mention this as it is very important to her.
