Hypnotherapy at my Birmingham practice is about getting a person to relax using Hypnosis. Once relaxed the client is helped by giving them positive suggestions. This is where the therapy takes place. Hypnotherapy can be used to help treat many conditions. I am also a licensed in Birmingham as a practitioner of the Hypno-Band Weight loss system.

Some of the more common conditions I treat here in Birmingham are weight loss, stop smoking and phobias. I have included some videos from You-tube that give an idea of the process for different problems.
