About the Business

I am a qualified acupuncturist and massage therapist. I became interested in acupuncture for my own health and was so impressed by the profound effect it had that I decided to train to become a practitioner myself. I used acupuncture to help conceive my son who was born in 2011, and used acupuncture throughout my pregnancy, to induce the labour and in post-partum recovery. The ICOM course is the oldest in the UK and combines Chinese medicine with comprehensive Western medicine modules (anatomy, physiology and pathology) so that all graduates are qualified to work alongside NHS healthcare professionals.

I am a fully accredited member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and am also qualified in several massage disciplines, including Acupressure, Swedish and Indian head massage.
