About the Business

I was born in Luton, and have worked as a general practitioner in the town since 1983. I have been actively involved in research since 1986. I trained as an acupuncturist with the British Medical Acupuncture Society in 2004, and was awarded their Certificate of Competence in 2005. In 2006 I travelled with an experienced medical acupuncturist, Dr Sally Watkins, to Ethiopia where we treated patients and taught the local nursing nuns how to use acupuncture. We made a video of the trip and have both parts below for your interest.
