About the Business
I am a fully qualified acupuncturist and member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). I practise in Chelmsford and Maldon and have an interest in fertility and pregnancy having attended post-graduate training in these fields. I became a licensed and qualified acupuncturist in 2003 from the London Traditional College of Acupuncture (LCTA) after completing 3 years of training. I then advanced my skills by completing a degree BA(Hons) in acupuncture and worked for a short time in the Hangzhou Hospital, China.
My interest in fertility and pregnancy was as a direct result of increasing numbers of men and women who came for help to either conceive naturally, or for supportive treatment whilst undergoing IVF or other fertility procedures. I also gained personal insight when I fell pregnant in my late thirties with my first child and then again in my early 40's with my second; these experiences were certainly made easier with acupuncture.
