Chadderton acupuncture is a private practice run by Ella Dunbar (PhD, BSc) a qualified acupuncturist and naturopath. The practice is located in a quiet residential area (private house extension) in North Chadderton near Oldham, and offers a welcoming and relaxing environment with modern high quality facilities.
Acupuncture is one of the safest medical treatments available. It is based on inserting very thin needles into certain points on the body. Stimulating these points can relieve symptoms and improve the flow of energy, enabling the body to heal. Unlike "dry needling" (the acupuncture technique used by most physiotherapists) Traditional Chinese Acupuncture treats the whole body, increasing the effect of the treatment several fold.
