Acupuncture For Pregnancy

Acupuncture can be an invaluable tool for making your pregnancy and post partum recovery a smoother and healthier experience. It is a natural approach to strengthening your system to promote the most comfortable, balanced experience from conception to birth. Acupuncture promotes the normal balanced flow of qi through the body and restores health.

During pregnancy, your body accumulates nutrients, qi, blood and other substances for the growth of your baby. Sufficient and balanced qi and blood as well as a strong prepared body and mind help to ensure a smooth labor and delivery. Postpartum recovery is the process of rebuilding your qi and blood lost in the process of pregnancy and childbirth. Acupuncture has been repeatedly shown to be a very safe treatment modality.

Acupuncture during pregnancy:

Many women seek out natural, non-invasive remedies for the discomforts and issues of pregnancy. Acupuncture is the perfect treatment for problems during pregnancy because it is effective, drug-free, and is completely safe for the baby.
