Many conditions respond well to acupuncture. However, in traditional acupuncture each person is treated as a unique individual rather than according to named medical conditions. The only way to know for sure whether you, as an individual with a particular condition, will respond is to try it.
There are many different trainings in acupuncture. Members of the British Acupuncture Council like myself have completed a thorough training of at least three years in traditional acupuncture and Western medical sciences appropriate to the practice of acupuncture. They carry the letters MBAcC after their name.
