There are several private health insurance companies that cover acupuncture sessions given by Samuel Holt. Samuel holds a First-Class BSc(hons) degree in acupuncture. In his training he also undertook traditional Chinese and aspects of modern biomedical training and has extensive hands-on clinical experience using acupuncture on patients of varying conditions, ages and somatotypes. Samuel also has extensive clinical competency in other aspects of traditional Chinese medical therapy including Cupping, Acupressure massage, Moxibustion, Plum Blossom Needling, Gua Sha, Electro-acupuncture and Auricular-acupuncture.
Samuel Holt is registered with the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) which is the main governing body representing acupuncturists in the UK. Samuel Holt Acupuncture complies with the BAcC's requirement of continuing professional development (CPD) to further personal skills and knowledge to provide a better quality treatment for the public.
