About the Business

Penny and Eileen both have many years' experience in complementary medicine. Their shared philosophy is always to respect and empower the clients they work with.

Penny is a qualified acupuncturist and counsellor/psychotherapist with over thirty years' experience. She studied Chinese Medicine between 1982 and 1987, first at the College of Traditional Acupuncture in Leamington Spa and later at the JCM Seminars, led by Giovanni Maciocia. She later trained in Gestalt Therapy at the Pellin Centre and Pellin Institute (London and Italy) from 1988 to 1991, and at the Centre for Transpersonal Psychology (London) from 1992 until 1994.

Eileen spent many years as a nurse before qualifying as a Craniosacral Therapist in 1995 with Franklin Sills at the Karuna Institute.
